If you need to translate the entire text of your document, there are a number of online translators available, such as Google Translate or Microsoft Translator. It can also be started using the ribbon by pressing ALT+R to move to the Review tab, followed by S. On the Proofing tab, under When correcting spelling and grammar in Word, make sure Check grammar with spelling is selected (see how to. Word does not have an extensive translator. The spell check is activated by pressing the keystroke F7. When a grammatical error is found, the Proofing Panel is titled “Grammar”.
The Proofing Panel also allows you to correct grammatical errors. The setup wizard runs and installs the proofing tools.

Grammatical errors are indicated with blue, squiggly underlines. Install the proofing tools: Run the setup program. When there are no spelling or grammatical errors in your document, a check mark displays on the book icon in the Status Bar and “No proofing errors” displays when you hover the mouse over the icon. When you have corrected all the errors in the document, the following dialog box displays. Click this button to continue looking for errors from the current cursor location. If you move the cursor to a different part of the document while the Proofing Panel is open, the “Resume” button displays.
